Dr Daria Fielder
BSc (MED) MBBS FRACGP DipCH
AICD
Dr Fielder is the owner and principal doctor. Dr Fielder graduated from UNSW in 2002 and has continued her education to become a RACGP fellow in 2006 with the Sydney Institute of General Practitioners.
Dr Fielder completed additional training in Paediatrics and was Awarded Diploma of Childrens Health in 2009 from Westmead Hospital.
Dr Fielder is an accredited provider of Antenatal shared care and is a VMO at the RHW.
Dr Fielder's particular interests include paediatrics, women's health, mental health, skin treatments and rejuvenation.
Dr Fielder offers anti-wrinkle and filler injections, chemical peels and skin care advice.
Dr Fielder is an examiner for RACGP and a Clinical Supervisor for GP Synergy, she is passionate about education.
In 2022 Dr Fielder completed the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Outside of work Dr Fielder is a busy mum to 3 children.
Dr Kiran Jacob
Dr Kiran Jacob is a GP Registrar.
Kiran was born and raised in Sydney and graduated Monash University, Melbourne in 2013. She undertook 5 years of specialist training in Anaesthetics before changing career paths. Kiran worked as the Paediatric Pain Medicine Fellow at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick, before commencing training in General Practice. Kiran has a special interest in Pain Medicine, Paediatrics and Women’s Health. When not working or studying she enjoys travelling, Pilates and trying new restaurants around Sydney.
Anthea Theofanou
BScPsych (Hons), MProfPsych, MAPS
Anthea is a Registered Psychologist passionate about supporting individuals on their mental health journey and assisting them to achieve their valued life goals.
Anthea supports her clients work through self-development, life transitions, and challenges such as self-sabotaging behaviours, trauma, emotional eating, self limiting beliefs, anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship/workplace issues.
She uses a client-focused holistic approach and draws techniques and strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic and Somatic Psychology.
Anthea is known for her down-to-earth, authentic, and warm nature. She enjoys developing real connections and supporting her clients throughout their transformational journey.
When not in the therapy room Anthea enjoys spending time with her Labradoodle, going to Pilates, and exploring new cafes.
Nicci Hill
Nicci joined our team in 2017 as an office administrator. Nicci is an invaluable member of the team. She has background in HR and is a great asset to have at the practice.
Dr Karla Urmoneit
Originally from the Northern Beaches, Karla worked in exercise physiology before starting her medical degree at the University of Wollongong. After graduating she moved to Brisbane and worked at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, before settling in adult and paediatrics emergency. Although enjoying all areas of General Practice, she has a particular interest in sports injury, paediatrics and women’s Health. Outside the clinic, you might find her soaking up the sunshine along the coastal walk – wearing sun protection of course!
Dr Claudia Nicholson
Dr Claudia Nicholson (MBBS FRACGP) graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1994 with a MB.BS.
Dr Nicholson went on to work in anaesthetics in North Queensland, and whilst there found a passion in setting up preventative health programs in remote communities. In 2000, she moved to Sydney and founded a solo general practice maintaining it's focus on preventative health care.
She is a regular fixture on the Bondi to Bronte path early mornings, running with her triathlon training parter, Fifi, her surprisingly fit and fast silver-dappled mini dachshund. On other mornings, she can either be found swim squad training at the icebergs pool, or cycling the Watsons Bay circuit with the loud lycra set. Despite having a guilty weakness for Australian fashion, Dr Nicholson is just as comfortable on weekends in a coastal campsite with a good book, her surfboards and her partner.
Dr Nicholson is well-known for her addiction to international adventure travel, where she is an avid collector of recipes for foods with ingredients hard to pronounce and even harder to find, and is currently in the middle of a Bachelor of European Languages at the University of New England (French and German). Claudia is also passionate about the arts, particularly classical music having been a bassoonist and pianist in her youth.
Dr Alexander Beath
BMed BMedSci FRACGP
Dr Alexander Beath is a General Practitioner with a passion for preventative care.
Alex has more than a decade of experience in both hospital and community medicine. Commencing his junior years at RPA, his medical strengths come from a couple of years of basic physician training where he worked at St George and Sutherland hospitals. He gained valuable emergency and paediatric skills at Prince of Wales and Sydney Childrens Hospitals before commencing General Practice training.
Alex has interests in: preventative care, health screening, general medicine, geriatrics, paediatrics, mens health and sexual health. He also has completed a certificate in skin cancer medicine.
In addition to his work in general practice, Alex serves as a Staff Specialist in Hospital in the Home at RNSH. With a diverse skill set and a compassionate approach, Alex is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of individuals and families in his community.
When he is not at work, Alex enjoys spending time with his two children, surf ski paddling and riding his cargo bike down to the beach.
