Dr Daria Fielder
BSc (MED) MBBS FRACGP DipCH
AICD
Dr Fielder is the owner and principal doctor. Dr Fielder graduated from UNSW in 2002 and has continued her education to become a RACGP fellow in 2006 with the Sydney Institute of General Practitioners.
Dr Fielder completed additional training in Paediatrics and was Awarded Diploma of Childrens Health in 2009 from Westmead Hospital.
Dr Fielder is an accredited provider of Antenatal shared care and is a VMO at the RHW.
Dr Fielder's particular interests include paediatrics, women's health, mental health, skin treatments and rejuvenation.
Dr Fielder offers anti-wrinkle and filler injections, chemical peels and skin care advice.
Dr Fielder is an examiner for RACGP and a Clinical Supervisor for GP Synergy, she is passionate about education.
In 2022 Dr Fielder completed the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Outside of work Dr Fielder is a busy mum to 3 children.
Molly Jones
Practice Paediatric Nurse
Molly is a Paediatric Nurse at Sapphire Medical Practice with over six years of clinical experience. Trained in the UK, she specialises in paediatrics and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and individualised care to children and their families. She places strong emphasis on building trusting relationships with both parents and young patients.
Molly’s clinical background includes extensive experience supporting children with complex neurological needs. She works closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives high-quality, holistic care. She has a particular interest in children’s mental health and strongly believes that early intervention can make a meaningful difference to long-term wellbeing.
She is also deeply committed to community-based care for newborns and their families, supporting parents to feel informed, confident, and reassured during the early stages of their child’s life. Molly’s approach to nursing is caring, approachable, and family-centred, with a focus on both the medical and emotional needs of every child she supports.
Nicci Hill
Nicci joined our team in 2017 as an office administrator. Nicci is an invaluable member of the team. She has a background in HR and is a great asset to the practice.
Dr Claudia Hadlow
BSc MD MPH
Dr Claudia Hadlow completed her medical degree in Sydney before undertaking her internship and residency within the Hunter New England Health Network.
Dr Hadlow holds an Advanced Certificate of General Dermatology and has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of skin and hair disorders. She performs comprehensive skin checks, skin cancer and dermatological procedures, and cosmetic injectable treatments.
In addition, Dr Hadlow has interests in women's health, children's health and chronic disease management.
Dr Elnathan Chalik
MBBS
We are thrilled to welcome Dr Nathan Chalik to Sapphire Family Medical Practice from July.
Dr Chalik is passionate about providing personalised, evidence-based care and takes pride in building long-term relationships with his patients. Having lived in Bondi Junction for many years, he is excited to continue caring for the local community.
Nathan’s clinical interests include preventative health, lifestyle and health optimisation, general medicine, men’s health, and sports medicine. With conversational Russian language skills and an Eastern European background, he also enjoys caring for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outside of medicine, Nathan has a strong interest in strength training and fitness, which complements his passion for performance, recovery, and preventative healthcare.
We look forward to introducing Dr Chalik to our patients and community.
Dr Chris Scott
BSC (UNSW), MBBS (USYD), PHD (USYD), FRACGP
Dr Chris Scott completed his Bachelor of Science through UNSW then went on to complete a PhD in in Medical Research with a focus on Type 2 Diabetes at University of Sydney. He studied Medicine through the University of Sydney and completed his General Practice training in early 2020. He believes in patient centred care and enjoys the breadth of general practice with areas of interest in:
