Dr Daria Fielder
BSc (MED) MBBS FRACGP DipCH
AICD
Dr Fielder is the owner and principal doctor. Dr Fielder graduated from UNSW in 2002 and has continued her education to become a RACGP fellow in 2006 with the Sydney Institute of General Practitioners.

Dr Fielder completed additional training in Paediatrics and was Awarded Diploma of Childrens Health in 2009 from Westmead Hospital.
​
Dr Fielder is an accredited provider of Antenatal shared care and is a VMO at the RHW.
​
Dr Fielder's particular interests include paediatrics, women's health, mental health, skin treatments and rejuvenation.
​
Dr Fielder offers anti-wrinkle and filler injections, chemical peels and skin care advice.
​
Dr Fielder is an examiner for RACGP and a Clinical Supervisor for GP Synergy, she is passionate about education.
​
In 2022 Dr Fielder completed the Company Directors Course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
​
Outside of work Dr Fielder is a busy mum to 3 children.
Emer Rice
Emer is a dedicated registered nurse from Ireland, bringing four years of diverse experience in the healthcare field. Throughout her career, she has worked in various clinical settings, including pediatric intensive care and special care nursery, where she has developed a strong commitment to providing compassionate and expert care to her patients.

In January 2023, Emer made the exciting move to Sydney, embracing the opportunity to explore this vibrant city. Her adventurous and outgoing spirit has helped her settle in and connect with her new surroundings.

Emer is thrilled to join Sapphire Family Medical Practice, where she looks forward to sharing her knowledge and passion for patient care, and to being part of a team that values compassion and excellence in healthcare.
Dr Karla Urmoneit
Originally from the Northern Beaches, Karla worked in exercise physiology before starting her medical degree at the University of Wollongong. After graduating she moved to Brisbane and worked at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, before settling in adult and paediatrics emergency.
Although enjoying all areas of General Practice, Karla has a particular interest in sports injury, paediatrics and women’s Health. Outside the clinic, you might find her soaking up the sunshine along the coastal walk – wearing sun protection of course!
Dr Shahriar Amjadi (Shaz)
MBBS, PhD, FRACGP
Dr Shahriar Amjadi known to his patients as Dr Shaz — is a warm, down-to-earth GP known for his approachable style and holistic, personalised care. He has been working as a GP for several years, drawing on broad experience across multiple specialties and rural general practice to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care at every stage of life.
After completing Sydney Grammar School in 1998, Dr Shaz studied Science at the University of Sydney before going on to complete his medical degree at Flinders University in Adelaide, graduating in 2006. He worked as an intern, resident, and registrar across various hospitals, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of clinical settings. In 2015, he completed a PhD in Immunology at UNSW and subsequently obtained his Fellowship in General Practice with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Shaz has a special interest in preventative health, chronic disease management, skin procedures, and paediatrics — and believes the best care begins with genuine connection and careful listening.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find him walking his dog along the coast, capturing Sydney’s beauty through a camera lens, or cooking something delicious for friends and family.
Nicci Hill
Nicci joined our team in 2017 as an office administrator. Nicci is an invaluable member of the team. She has a background in HR and is a great asset to the practice.
